LINEAR is a fire-resistant, water-based acrylic sealant for fire-resistance rated joints. It cures to a semi-flexible seal and prevents the penetration of fire, smoke, gas and water. The sealant has good adhesion to most substrates. After reaction with moisture, the sealant cures to an elastic joint with good mobility. The product is frost-resistant during transport and during installation, crack-free and can be painted over. “LINEAR” has been developed with an environmental and sustainability perspective. Included substances are selected to give the lowest possible emission value (VOC). The sound reduction index for LINEAR is 52/58 (dB) The product is registered in Sunda Hus, Building Material Assessment and the Nordic Ecolabel, which means that we can prove that this product fulfils the agreed property criteria concerning properties that are harmful to health and the environment. Fire resistance rated according to EN1366-4CE marking according to EN15651-1
