ESSVE Toproc spacer screws are intended for all types of wood materials where you can not or do not want to have contact with the substrate. Examples of this can be for additional insulation, framing of old walls and floors or when suspended a false ceiling.

The Toproc spacer screw is produced in hardened carbon steel with a bright zinc plated surface treatment. In addition to the application areas mentioned above, Toproc is also well suited for the series connection of windows with not pre-drilled frames. When installing cabinets and fittings an attractive installation is obtained with plastic covers.The Toproc screws are threaded at both the tip and the “head"". The screw diameter at the tip is 6 mm, and at the “head” it is 8 mm. The thread pitch is equal, which is one of the basic conditions for the function of the Toproc screw.A 4 mm hexagon bit is supplied with each pack.For additional insulation, if the quality of the existing fastening material is unknown we conduct a pull-out test and evaluate according tothe type approved method to determine the number of screws needed.
